We are delighted to report the success of our principal photographer, Martin Smith in the Travel
Photographer of the Year 2008 Award. His shot “Distant Volcano” was commended and was one of four
prize winners in the Single Shot: Destination Anywhere category. In addition to this award
Martin’s Arctic portfolio was
shortlisted in the Call of the World
category. Four shots featuring
Kittiwakes Taking Flight, Guillemots
on a cliff face, Melting sea ice and
walruses basking in the sun made
the final shortlist. All of these shots,
together with Distant Volcano are
available to purchase as limited
edition prints; the first three in exclusive editions of 20 as part of our private
collection.
