World on Film is pleased to announce that it now supplies Artwork to the Shire London, one of London’s newest and premier Golf Clubs. The Club is featuring twelve of the works from our principal photographer, and founder, Martin Smith.
The Golf Complex is based on a course designed by three times British Open winner, Seve Ballesteros and features a first class clubhouse and leisure facilities. The course has been selected as the venue for the Seve Trophy in 2011.
“We needed unique artwork to complement the interior of our new clubhouse. We were impressed by Martin’s work and are delighted to be displaying it. It is very much in keeping with the striking visual aspect which is important to our whole complex” said Anne Menai-Davies, a Director of the Shire.
Martin is equally enthusiastic. “The Shire is a prestigious and important venue and we are very pleased to be supplying the Club with our work. Our agreement to rotate artwork means that we will be able to present seasonal themes and give members and guests the opportunity to view a variety of different works throughout the year”.
