But if you can’t find what you’re looking for, please call us – we offer a complementary assisted search and will be happy to discuss ideas. 6. In the unlikely event that you have a problem with our products we will sort it out. We have a no nonsense returns policy in respect of our standard products. If there is a problem with bespoke work, we will do what ever we must to fix it and make sure you are happy. 7. The press like us! A choice of finishes and frames We supply prints– framed in two sizes - and fine art canvases as standard. Our selected frames are solid black wood, high grain natural ash, or metallic silver with white textured acid free mounts. If you would like a different finish – metallic, acrylic etc. – another size, or an alternative frame, then please call us to discuss. 9. Worldwide Delivery We ship unframed prints anywhere in the world, and framed prints anywhere in mainland United Kingdom. 10. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION About our prints Our prints are archival giclee prints produced on the superb Da Vinci papers and canvases using pigment inks. Prints are matt finished ready for framing under glass. Canvases are matt as standard with gloss finish as an optional extra. All are limited editions, individually numbered and signed by the photographer, and / or supplied with a certificate of authenticity. Editions are priced according to edition size and print size. Delivery We endeavour to supply items as soon as possible but as all of our work is produced to order we ask you to allow 28 days for delivery. If your need is more urgent we will do everything possible to accommodate you. Note that for deliveries we use acrylic rather than glass to ensure your art arrives in perfect condition. Customers collecting artwork can select glass or acrylic. Returns Policy We have a no nonsense returns policy. Simply return any standard item to us in within fourteen days in perfect condition and we will refund the purchase price in full, less any carriage costs we incur, with no questions asked. In respect of bespoke work, please let us know of any problems, and we will work with you to fix them to your satisfaction.
